Rates and insurance
My rate is $225 per 45 minutes. The first session is 60 minutes.
Sliding scale fee structures are available on a case by case basis.
Rates for clinical supervision and consultation are determined on a case by case basis.
Insurance:
I am currently in-network with the BlueCrossBlueShield PPO Traditional Plans. I do not participate in any other insurance networks. Services may be covered in full or in part by your out-of-network health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
If you are interested in Telehealth/Virtual Psychotherapy you will also need to ask:
You will receive a monthly statement showing number of sessions, dates, and amount paid, which you can submit to the insurance company.
Payment:
Cash, check and Zelle accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
